App Details, Privacy & FAQs
Can I play with friends online?

Yes. Sign in at Play Online, create a friends-only room and share its invitation link. Eight signed-in players are needed. Two semifinals lead to one final; the top two from each semifinal qualify.

Can I top up or withdraw money?

No. The APK does not collect payments or process withdrawals. Paytm and USDT screens are integration previews. Available spendable coins are zero; test coins cannot be spent or withdrawn. The planned limits are ₹100 minimum top-up and 200 coins minimum withdrawal, with 1 coin equal to ₹1. Any real-money release requires a permitted business model and provider approval.

Where are my profile and photos stored?

Online accounts, password hashes, profiles, game state and results are stored on our server. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Older device-only profiles are separate. Email verification, WhatsApp login, password recovery, profile-photo upload and live support are not available in this online release.

Does the website collect information?

This static website has no registration form, analytics script or tracking cookies added by Ludo Arena. A hosting provider may keep ordinary request logs. The separate Play Online service stores the account and game information described above and uses a necessary sign-in cookie.

Can I update an older version?

This APK uses the same development signing key and package name as the previous builds. Android should offer an update. Back up anything important before changing an installation; do not uninstall merely to bypass an update error.

Is customer support available?

A public support email and helpline have not been configured yet. This early release has no connected live support team.
